Service policy
Acceptable use.
The service is a production pipeline, not a venue for sexual exploitation, serious harmful abuse or unlawful material. These rules apply to project instructions, supplied media and requested outputs.
Prohibited uses
- Sexual or pornographic material, sexualised nudity, sexual exploitation, or fetish content.
- Any sexual or intimate depiction involving a child, a person presented as a child, or uncertain age.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, nudification, voyeuristic material, or sexual content using a real person's likeness without explicit consent.
- Graphic, sadistic or gratuitous violence, gore, torture, executions, or content made to glorify serious physical harm.
- Material that is illegal to possess, create, distribute or facilitate, or requests intended to assist criminal activity.
- Terrorist or violent-extremist propaganda, recruitment or glorification.
- Hateful content that promotes violence or serious abuse against protected groups.
- Content that meaningfully facilitates fraud, impersonation, blackmail, stalking, abuse, or other serious wrongdoing.
How we enforce this
Real production requires acceptance of the current policy. Projects may be automatically flagged and supplied media may require human safety clearance before quote, payment or production. We may block or stop a project when it is prohibited, unlawful, unsafe, or cannot be safely assessed.
Copyright and licensing
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions you need for the material you provide and the use you request. We do not proactively adjudicate copyright ownership or licensing at project intake. Copyright complaints or legal notices are handled separately from the content-safety gate.
