Effective date: 21 September 2026. Marble Bloom is designed to minimise data use.

Device motion

Accelerometer and gyroscope-derived motion is used in real time to move the marbles. The game does not intentionally record, retain or transmit this motion data.

Game progress

Game progress is stored locally on the device so play can resume later. It is not tied to an account and is not intentionally transmitted by the game.

Accounts and permissions

Marble Bloom does not require or create a user account. It does not request access to precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.

Advertising

Advertising is disabled in the current release-candidate configuration. The code contains an advertising integration boundary for possible future builds. If advertising is enabled for a public release, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before that release.

Analytics

The current game does not contain a first-party behavioural analytics or child-profile system.

If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use it only to respond to the request and investigate the issue.
