When real production opens, the intended flow is to register or upload material and describe what must change or be preserved. Production planning and execution are not available to new customers today.
Current status
The video production service is in private testing: only the owner development account can use its keys and test projects. This guide distinguishes the intended customer flow and deployed development controls from paid-production capabilities that remain closed; it does not imply that video production billing, provider execution or unfinished real-production controls are live.
