How customer media is protected, retained and removed.

Google sign-in, server-side sessions, security activity and fail-closed service preflight have real seams. Media retention is versioned and explicit: customer working and delivery media is normally removed within 14 days of completion/final delivery; owner-review media normally has a 7-day removal window after review closes; long-term retention requires explicit promotion away from the website. Formal service terms should still receive legal review before public paid launch.
Current status
The video production service is in private testing: only the owner development account can use its keys and test projects. This guide distinguishes the intended customer flow and deployed development controls from paid-production capabilities that remain closed; it does not imply that video production billing, provider execution or unfinished real-production controls are live.
