Start with the customer area. Authentication and organisation-scoped project status are live; real production creation, billing and provider spend remain closed so viewing the control plane cannot accidentally start paid work.
Current status
The video production service is in private testing: only the owner development account can use its keys and test projects. This guide distinguishes the intended customer flow and deployed development controls from paid-production capabilities that remain closed; it does not imply that video production billing, provider execution or unfinished real-production controls are live.
