A real production will require a brief, material, safety/consent/privacy preflight, quote and explicit spend authority. Copyright/licensing remains the customer’s responsibility rather than a proactive moderation gate. Paid execution is not enabled in this tranche.
Current status
The video production service is in private testing: only the owner development account can use its keys and test projects. This guide distinguishes the intended customer flow and deployed development controls from paid-production capabilities that remain closed; it does not imply that video production billing, provider execution or unfinished real-production controls are live.
