The customer area now provides an organisation-scoped project workspace from the authoritative video service: project identity and kind, current status/stage, safety state, asset count, latest proposal version, last update, deterministic next action and a customer-readable activity timeline. Real paid production intake and production-changing actions remain closed.
Current status
The video production service is in private testing: only the owner development account can use its keys and test projects. This guide distinguishes the intended customer flow and deployed development controls from paid-production capabilities that remain closed; it does not imply that video production billing, provider execution or unfinished real-production controls are live.
